On December 4, Freedom Film Network participated in the Fourth for the Fourth protest alongside more than 50 media professionals and NGO members to oppose the proposed amendments to the Printing Presses and Publications Act 1984 (PPPA 1984), the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 (CMA), and other laws that threaten press freedom and freedom of expression in Malaysia.
